How do I get to Meeting Room C in the Johnson Center?

  • Take the non-emergency elevator in the building to the 3rd floor; Meeting Room C will be in the hallway to the right of the elevators. Please look for signage for the event by the elevators. If you get lost, please ask any of the staff at the information desk on the first floor though.Where can I park?

Where can I park?

  • Complimentary parking is available in Lot K. Ticketed parking a bit closer to the venue is available in the Mason Pond Parking Deck (entering through the entrance closest to the statue in front of the Johnson Center is recommended).

Is food included?

  • Yes, lunch will be served.

What is the attire?

  • There is no dress code.

If I cannot make it, can I receive a refund?

  • If you are no longer able to attend, we encourage you to give your ticket to a friend. No refunds will occur.
